The hotel's location couldn't be better-right by Serdika metro station, making it easy to get around Sofia. The meeting spaces are spacious and well-equipped, perfect for collaborative sessions. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi; it made working remotely seamless from my stylishly refurbished room. The business center is practical, and the staff were always on hand to assist, which eased any work-related stress. The buffet breakfast was a good start to my day, offering a mix of hearty options. Though my room had minor issues, its charm and comfort made it a cozy workspace. I'd recommend Balkan Palace for any business traveler seeking a productive environment.
